The Horizon Program is an elite, high-performance leadership lab established by Kora Kora Corp for selected high school student-athletes in strategic partnership with top Baseball Clubs/Academies. Operating under Kora Kora Corp’s guiding philosophy, "From One Heart to Another," and its "Whole-Person Readiness" ethos, the Horizon Program bridges competitive athletics with Kora Kora’s signature Achievers Program to transform on-field discipline into lifelong leadership assets. Rather than focusing on athletic coaching, the Horizon Program serves as "The Athlete’s Grit Lab"—teaching student-athletes how to become the CEO of their own career paths by channeling athletic grit into executive skills, professional development, and meaningful community impact.
Core Pillars & Integrated Offerings
- Dual-Track Athlete Integration: Students actively train and compete in the Baseball Club/Academy while simultaneously completing Kora Kora’s Horizon Program. This dual setup ensures that their physical training serves as a real-time testing ground for the leadership, mental conditioning, and executive skills taught in the program.
- Grit to Assets (Achievers Core Integration): Translates raw athletic discipline from the baseball academy into durable professional capabilities. Athletes undergo hands-on training in financial literacy, resume architecture, digital branding, and public speaking.
- Strategic Ownership & Mentorship: Teaches student-athletes to manage their personal "inner circle" ensuring they remain the ultimate decision-makers of their future on and off the field.
- The High-Performance Trinity: Aligns Mind, Body, and Soul. The curriculum combines emotional regulation protocols (Respirar y Resolver) with holistic wellness practices to build mental resilience under the pressures of competitive baseball.
- Strategic Post-Secondary & Career Navigation: Integrates the Achievers Program's college, trade school, and athletic recruitment guidance, featuring 1-on-1 career strategy sessions, mock interview labs, and access to industry executives through the Ignite Speaker Series.

Total Cost Per Scholar-Athlete ranges depending on Season from: $8,500-$10,000 (Horizons + Baseball Club/Academy fees)
